Gündüz Alkan Law Firm is founded in the year 2020, and offers services on legal issues or disputes to natural persons and legal entities. Our Office is focused on lawsuits and legal advice services. Saadet GÜNDÜZ ALKAN
LL.M. (Founding Partner)
Born in 1986. Graduated from Haydarpaşa (Anatolian) High School in 2005. Completed her undergraduate education in Bahçeşehir University in 2009, and got her master’s degree on “Economics Law” in Istanbul Bilgi University in 2013. Her Master’s Degree Graduation Thesis is titled “Conditions for Validity of Contract of Surety”.
Worked in Bilgütay Law Office between 2009 and 2011, and in Lawyer Prof. Dr. İlhan Helvacı Law Office between 2011 and 2015, and in Türkiye Finans Participation Bank between 2015 and 2020.
Founded GÜNDÜZ ALKAN Law Firm in 2020.
She is serving as a lawyer registered in Istanbul Bar Association since 2010.
She knows English at advanced level.
Kemal GÜNDÜZ
Advisor - Lawyer
Born in 1956. Graduated from (Kastamonu) Taşköprü High School ranking first in his school, and then from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law in 1979. He served as a judge in various different regions and provinces of Turkey for 41 years, and worked as judge of the Court of First Instance in Tuzla and Istanbul Anatolian Side Courthouse between 1999 and 2020, and as judge of the Civil Court of Peace in Istanbul Anatolian Side Courthouse for 1.5 years between 2020 and 2021. After retiring in 2021, he is working as advisor in Gündüz Alkan Law Firm.
He is a lawyer registered in Istanbul Bar Association since 2022.
